Re-Issue Registry entry
Specifies whether a citizen of Trinidad & Tobago can have their first free certificate re-issued.Note: Only for use by the Trinidad & Tobago Registrar General's Department.
Every citizen in Trinidad gets their first Birth certificate for free. If someone has ordered their certificate or had one issued, this information is stored on the Birth record, ensuring that only one free certificate is ever issued. The field which contains the status of the free certificate is a read-only field. Operators can view it (and other information in the event that a certificate has been issued) in order to check the status if someone claims not to have received their certificate.
This entry is used to allow a user / group to reset the flag in this field (allowing a free certificate to be issued).
